We understand that buying fragrance online can be difficult. As technology does not yet allow us to experience scent online, it can be challenging making sure you are getting the right fragrance for you. We want you to be confident in your purchase and so we strive to offer the simplest and easiest return policy for you that we can.

 

What if I don’t like my fragrance or candle? 

 

If you don’t like the fragrance or candle you purchased from nomaterra.com for any reason, you can send it back to us within 30 days for a refund of the product price or a replacement. Contact us at customerservice@nomaterra.com or at (212) 377.8942 and we will email you a free return shipping label. We will process your refund or exchange within 2-3 business days of receiving the returned product.

What if the person to whom I gifted the fragrance doesn’t like it?

 

The same policy as above applies to any gift recipient as well. Either you or the recipient can contact us the same way to process the return. However, if the recipient does contact us, we ask that they provide the order number and the name of the person who gave the gift. That’s it.

What if my product is damaged when I receive it?

 

As each of our products are handcrafted, we take the utmost pride in their integrity. We understand, however, things can be damaged during delivery. So if the product is damaged, malformed, or abnormal in any way, let us know within 30 days of receiving it by emailing us at customerservice@nomaterra.com or calling at (212) 377.8942. We will gladly offer you a refund or an exchange for the product and will email you a free return shipping label.

  • All refunds will be charged back to your credit card or PayPal account within 2-3 business days of us receiving back the returned product.
  • Products are shipped back to us using UPS ground service, which can take between 1-4 business days to receive.
  • Only the cost of the product will be refunded, not original shipping costs.

EXCHANGES

  • All exchanges will be processed within 2-3 business days of us receiving back the returned product.
  • Products are shipped back to us using UPS ground service, which can take between 1-4 business days to receive.
  • Exchange items are shipped to you at no cost to you.
